摘要: The MHC specificity of TNP-specific pCTL from the thymus and spleen F1 leads to parent chimeras was evaluated. It found that in presence exogenously added helper factor IL 2, thymic were restricted recognizing TNP only association with host determinants, whereas splenic recognized either or donor determinants. Thus, spleens contain a repertoire is not present intrathymically. Data are presented which suggest such did nevertheless differentiate into functional competence chimeric host. These results consistent extra-thymic differentiation as mechanism by nonthymically may have developed.
