摘要: In recent years, pharmaceutical scientists have begun to develop and validate cell culture systems that mimic the biological barriers prevent a drug from reaching its pharmacological target. This article reviews been developed intestinal, nasal pulmonary epithelium brain vascular endothelium. Examples of how these are used elucidate pathways transport metabolism they evaluate strategies enhance permeability minimize given.
