摘要: Abstract To study the hot deformation behavior of Ni3Al-based alloy, compression tests were conducted in temperature range 1050–1250 °C with strain rates from 0.01 to 10 s−1. With increase and decrease rate, flow stress alloy would be decreased. Based on obtained constitutive equation, calculated values peak are good agreement experimental ones, activation energy is determined as 802.71 kJ/mol. Moreover, by dynamic material model (DMM), processing maps hot-deformed alloys established. It indicated that optimum parameters for studied correspond 1250 °C 0.1 s−1. Specimens deformed under conditions exhibit fine uniform grains, which a typical recrystallization (DRX) microstructure. The DRX degree could effectively enhanced rate.
