摘要: CFD predictions of emissions using conventional RANS methods have been shown to be inaccurate, sometimes by orders magnitude. In recent years, deeper details the chemistry-aerodynamics coupling in lean-premixed combustion regimes demanded from predictions. Large Eddy Simulation (LES) non-reacting flows provides high-fidelity flow field aerodynamics gas turbine combustor chambers, critical for accurate While LES has validated many simple lab combustors, there are few simulations that used this method practical industrial combustors at their baseload conditions. This thesis describes its application an elevated pressures and temperatures. A well-validated commercial code, Fluent 6.3, obtain reacting occur geometry. The final were compared with rig test results.
