摘要: Defects of the nasal complex can cause significant functional and psychosocial impairment. Nasal reconstruction aims to restore normal trilaminar structure nose, which includes internal lining, cartilaginous framework, soft tissue envelope. Among subunits, columella is especially challenging reconstruct due its unique contour composite nature. Multiple techniques have been described, each carrying distinct advantages disadvantages; however, optimal procedure for an isolated defect remains elusive. The ideal reconstructive technique should recreate columella, provide tip projection, maintain external valve patency. Additional considerations include matching pigmentation texture skin while minimizing donor site morbidity. authors recommend a 2-stage with bilateral sill flaps auricular graft.
