Oncology beyond the hospital: 7 years taking care of cancer patients from the very begining until the last consequences.

摘要: 75Background: Comprehensive and continuous care is esential for the correct management of cancer patients. To achieve this, specific programs early diagnosis long survivor are needed. Since 2007, within project “Oncology beyond Hospital: Oncologic assistance at Universitary General Hospital Valencia”, Oncologist Liaison was created. Methods: Two tracks were designed: High-resolution track patients with suspicion non-diagnosed cancer; track, to organize follow-up survivors. We present a descriptive retrospective study by reviewing medical records referred high-resolution diagnostic consultation; survivors followed up from May 2007 September 2015 (2016 data under review).
