摘要: A model for soliton dynamics on a hydrogen-bond network in helical proteins is proposed. It employs three dimensions the formalism of fully integrable Toda lattices which admits phonons as well solitons along hydrogen-bonds helices. simulation dimensional lattice system shows that are spontaneously created and stable moving helix axis. perturbation one H-bond lines forms other H-bonds well. The robust solitary wave may explain very long-lived modes frequency range 100 cm$^{-1}$ found recent X-ray laser experiments. parameters accordance with usual Lennard-Jones used realistic potentials proteins.
