摘要: Four patients are described with different degrees of conduction disturbance within the His bundle. In one patient a Mobitz type II atrioventricular (A-V) block normal QRS complexes blocked atrial beats were followed by potential. Since conducted completely normal, site was thought to be in distal part other three 2:1 A-V block, nearly complete and two distinct potentials could discerned, (H) following each beat, (H') preceding ventricular activation.
