摘要: During the process of anticancer drug discovery and preclinical testing research, a more physiological in vitro cancer model can provide reliable data. Due to three-dimensional (3D) nature tumor structure, significant discrepancy efficiency was found when compared between vivo widely used monolayer culture approach. Therefore, 3D models, which reflect natural features tumor, became key elements biology reagent research fields. It is believed that mimic microenvironment helpful understanding cell–cell interaction, cell–matrix cell differentiation, migration, invasion processes. Various models are developed, focusing on different interests, applied many branches biomedical science. When employing for testing, significantly lower than culture. This could explain why applying clinic, with recommended dose obtained from two-dimensional (2D) always insufficient. The advanced tissue-engineering techniques made even complex, having such as blood vessels or stroma, similar real solid tumor. these tumor-like proof during chemotherapy phase.
