Thermal effect on formation and conduction mechanism of MnFe2O4

摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline samples of MnFe2O4 were prepared at three different sintering temperatures: 1100, 1150 and 1200°C. X-ray analysis was carried out it found that the formation affected by temperature. The perfect structure formed 1150°C. d.c. electrical conductivity also studied. Discussion taken from viewpoint hopping mechanism. effect temperature on Curie point, Tc, explained through oxidation process which leads to a shift in point towards higher temperatures.
