摘要: This study established data demonstrating the possible laser-welded strengths of cast Ti and Ti-6Al-7Nb compared them to those two dental-casting alloys. Cast plates Ti, Ti-6Al-7Nb, gold, Co-Cr alloy were prepared. After polishing surfaces be welded, abutted welded using an Nd:YAG laser at a pulse duration 10 ms, spot diameter 1 mm, voltage 200 V. Five specimens prepared for each metal by welding either three or five spots unilaterally bilaterally. The fracture load percent elongation measured crosshead speed 1.0 mm/min. bilaterally performed significantly greater than in both whether they with per side. nearly as strong their corresponding control specimens, whereas gold approximately half strong. When large proportion cross-sectional area joint is strength portion may approach equal that nonwelded frameworks.
