摘要: Abstract Liver cancer is one of the most common tumors worldwide and drug resistance a major obstacle to successful therapy. The growing data show that stem cells (CSCs), rare subpopulation cells, might be an important mechanism resistance. To explore self-renewal ability chemotherapy in liver CSCs, we enriched CD90+CD133+ hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) CSCs using sphere formation, which was accomplished by cultivating HCC from established cell lines (HepG2 line Hep3B line). Cell proliferation capacity detected colony formation assays, activity methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assays after doxorubicin treatment. Expression CD90, CD133, Oct4, ABCG2 mRNA protein levels PCR western blot, respectively, showed these genes were significantly overexpressed compared parental (p<0.05).
