摘要: Subjective response to neuroleptics in patients with schizophrenia is reviewed terms of its validity and measurement. Evidence presented support a correlation between altered subjective state on neuroleptics, therapeutic outcome medication compliance. Factors that have been implicated the genesis such states include demographics, psychiatric characteristics, type dose neuroleptic, extrapyramidal symptoms (particularly akathisia), depressive states, patients' values attitudes toward health illness. may contribute lack interest researching experiences medications are reviewed, methodological improvements study design proposed enhance our understanding this phenomenon. Such help us better appreciate many factors variability responses neuroleptic therapy also develop more effective treatment strategies.
