摘要: Superconducting samples of type Y3−xNdx Ba5−xCaxCu8O18−δ , with 0.00 ≤x≤ 0.40, were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction technique. The phase formation percentage, lattice parameters and orthorhombic distortion calculated using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) data. surface morphology for these was examined scanning electron microscope (SEM). All elemental contents Y3−xNdxBa5−xCaxCu8O18−δ estimated from particle-induced emission (PIXE), results are in good agreement nominal content. In addition, oxygen content determined elastic Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (RBS) technique at MeV proton beam. electrical resistivity transport critical current density, all investigated samples, measured standard DC four-probe method. superconducting transition temperature T c density J decreased increasing substitution content, this suppression discussed according to different reasons.
