Dynamic self-enhanced diffraction from written photorefractive gratings

摘要: The self-enhanced diffraction with oscillatory behavior for unfixed holograms is observed and investigated in new photorefractive (K1−xNax)2m(Sr1−yBay)1−mNb2O6 crystals. recorded efficiency can be increased 10 times during the readout process. maximum peak obtained close to unity. A closed solution of dynamic two-wave mixing equations a coupling coefficient expression from standard band transport model are used fit results. self-enhancement caused by interference between grating, formed reading beam diffracted signal, existing grating. fitted results show that internal space-charge field originating photovoltaic effect pyroelectric reduce phase shift.
