摘要: An indirect immunoperoxidase plaque-staining method was developed for detecting antibody to African swine fever virus infection. In both sensitivity and specificity, the test comparable immunofluorescence. Because it has all of desirable features immunofluorescence may also be readily used testing large numbers sera, can as a single final serodiagnostic in large-scale survey fever. The should applicable other viruses that adapted grown cell cultures.
