摘要: A solid state form of a dye-solution absorption filter is disclosed. Physical vapor depositable (i.e., evaporable) dyes are codeposited with polyester matrix in vacuum system to randomly disperse dye molecules dilutant. The selected absorb at the wavelengths interest. Dilution transparent affords narrow band and good out transmittance. Multilayer configurations allow plurality wavelengths. coating conforms curved sharply contoured surfaces layers only 10 microns thick afford very high absorptance.
