摘要: In fish food intake is altered under stress conditions, and in a teleost model like rainbow trout associated with the activity of glucosensor systems. Thus, we aimed to evaluate possible interaction response mechanisms trout. subjected (via intraperitoneal injections) normoglycaemic (control), hypoglycaemic (4 mg.kg(-1) bovine insulin) or hyperglycaemic (500 glucose body mass) conditions for 5 days normal stocking density (NSD, 10 kg mass·m(-3)) induced by high (HSD, 70 mass·m(-3)). The experimental design was appropriate since hypoglycemia hyperglycemia were observed NSD whereas HSD changes stress-related parameters similar those reported literature, such as increased levels cortisol plasma decreased glycogen liver. Food did not respond contrast when conditions. Moreover, increase involved glucosensing liver, Brockmann bodies (BB), hypothalamus, hindbrain either disappeared (DHAP GAP levels, GK, PK, GPase activities liver; glucose, DHAP BB; GK PK hypothalamus; GSase hindbrain) changed (cortisol plasma; FBPase HSD. Those suggest first time existence an between capacity stress. readjustment systems also resulting inability compensate circulating non-stressed
