摘要: Some selenium compounds offer important health benefits when administered at supranutritional doses, such as improvement of the immune system and male fertility, prevention some types cancer. The traditional indexes do not account for metabolic status this element among replete individuals. As a consequence, there is need new that distinguish between repletion statuses selenium. aim work was to indentify plasmatic proteins respond doses selenium, which could be proposed protein markers intake. effect on rats dietary supplementation with either selenomethylselenocysteine (SMSeC) or sodiumselenate blood plasma investigated. Two experimental groups consisting six each were fed basic diet supplemented SMSeC sodium-selenate 1.9 μg-Se / g-diet ten weeks. control group contained recommended dose (0.15 g-diet). changes in abundance quantified analysed statistically. Haptoglobin, apolipoprotein E transthyretin increased their after form HNF6 responsive only SMSeC, whereas fibrinogen responded sodiumselenate. We postulate patterns observed molecular biology-based
