摘要: Abstract Rat liver mitochondria were incubated with lecithinase A, lysophosphatides, C and trypsin, the resulting alterations of morphology particles examined in electron microscope. Lecithinase which is known to inactivate phospholipid-containing factors succinoxidase DPNH-oxidase systems, was found cause a characteristic disruption dislocation mitochondrial membrane; these appeared be different from ones brought about by other reagents. Lysophosphatides both disintegrate system.
