摘要: The pathogenic role of pemphigus autoantibodies and proteinases in epidermal acantholysis has been studied organ cultures normal human skin. Dose-dependent occurred skin explants cultured medium containing 2–30mg/ml γ -globulin from serum. Acantholysis was not seen with 2mg/ml although antibody binding to the epidermis observed. Some degenerative changes addition were present when 30mg/ml added medium. N,ethylmaleimide(NEM) ethylene diamine tetraacetate(EDTA) prevented culture. Soybean trypsin inhibitor pepstatin had no effect on but they did inhibit vitro . Our results suggest that pemphigus-induced may be caused by at least 2 different types enzyme.
