摘要: The time scale of failures need not be chronological, if a failure occurs according to the accumulation damages from its usage or exposure some risk. true scale, there could be, show best fit among candidates observed field reliability data. A semiparametric estimator which combines multivariate lifetime data has been proposed in literature. It does require specification distribution beforehand on also estimated. We first set simulation results for investigation properties models and sample their estimates. Then we another result performance under misspecifications. Finally functions are applied problem finding suitable that useful even cases when exists prior knowledge about scale.
