摘要: The study of cellular components obtained by cell fractionation has been a very profitable approach to the structure and function. However, these tactics have provided no reliable information about physical properties metabolic activities “aqueous compartments” animal cells: nucleoplasm, fluid interiors cytoplasmic membrane bound organelles, intervening “cytosol.” Although somewhat superficial we can consider compartments be aqueous volumes, including dissolved solutes, located between all presently described ultrastructural components. They collectively make up 75% mass volume living cells so it is important that understand them. That requires detailed knowledge their solute composition, phase properties, interrelationships with ultrastructure which they are in contact, functions (metabolism) occur there, matters know relatively little at present.
