摘要: The literature of environmental microbiology broadly discusses issues associated with microbial hazards in archives, but these publications are mainly devoted to paper documents. There few articles on historical parchment documents, which used be very important for the development and art writing. These studies present a broad spectrum methods assessment biodeterioration document question. They based both conventional microbiological advanced techniques molecular biology. Here, qualitative analysis was conducted, genetic identification bacteria fungi as well denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis profiling examining destructive potential isolated microbes. Moreover, study involved quantitative indoor air room where kept. microbes highest that were from investigated item Bacillus cereus Acinetobacter lwoffii Penicillium chrysogenum,Chaetomium globosum, Trichoderma longibrachiatum fungi. presence B. cereuss train particularly interesting since, under appropriate conditions, it leads complete degradation within several days.
