摘要: Human aging is characterized by chronic low-grade inflammation known as “inflammaging.” Persistent low-level also plays a key role in all stages of breast cancer since “inflammaging” the potential link between and through NF-kB pathways highly influenced specific miRs. Micro-RNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that negatively regulate gene expression at post-transcriptional level. Inflamma-miRs have been implicated regulation immune inflammatory responses. Their abnormal contributes to pro-inflammatory status documented normal major age-related diseases (ARDs), inflammaging being significant mortality risk factor both cases. Nevertheless, correct diagnosis difficult make its hidden contribution negative health outcomes remains unknown. This methodological work flow was aimed defining crucial unanswered questions about can be used clarify aging-related miRNAs serum cell lines well their targets, thus confirming tumorigenesis. Moreover, we aim highlight links mechanism underlying processes precise function certain cellular senescence (CS). In addition, genes represent basis for new therapeutic findings indicating ARDs possible candidates involved CS vice versa. Our goal obtain focused review which could facilitate future approaches investigation mechanisms control process acting efficient biomarkers. An understanding sources modulation inflamma-miRs, along with identification target enhance potential.
