Depression, Delusions, and Drug Response.

摘要: Depressed patients with delusions were found to be markedly unresponsive tricyclic drug therapy during an ongoing study of depressed patients. After four weeks administration imipramine hydrochloride, only 3 13 delusional had responded the drug, but 14 21 nondelusional responded. The authors conclude on basis these data and those other researchers that should not treated antidepressants current research reevaluated in light this finding.
