摘要: We selected indicators of four different metabolic processes (Crassulacean acid metabolism [CAM], amino and nitrogen mobilization metabolism, osmoprotection, plant defense mechanisms) to study the relationship between salt-stress-mediated growth regulator (PGR)-induced responses in Mesembryanthemum crystallinum (ice plant). Nacl PGRs (cytokinin abscisic [ABA]) are efficient elicitors well-studied stress responses: induction CAM form phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase, proline pinitol accumulation, increase an osmotin-like protein. NaCl cytokinin more effective than ABA stimulating accumulation protein before plants committed flowering. The results consistent with a defense-induction model, which environmental distinct signals whose subsequent effects lead overlapping responses, magnitude depends on developmental status.
