摘要: Infrared spectra were measured for solid C[sub 60] and 70] to 7 GPa under hydrostatic or quasi-hydrostatic pressure at room temperature. Some vibrational modes showed negative insensitive dependence of frequency on pressure, suggesting destabilization molecules by compression. In new absorption bands gradually grew with increasing in association an intensity decrease the original bands. These spectral changes interpreted terms polymerization molecules. Polymerized recovered ambient converted back monomer thermal annealing 473 K. 16 refs., 4 figs., 2 tabs.
