摘要: Abstract Rhodamine B (RhB)-anchored amphiphilic poly(poly(ethylene glycol)methacrylate)-b-poly(glycidyl methacrylate) block copolymer (PPEGMA-b-PGMA/RhB) has been prepared by a sequential atom transfer radical polymerization and post-functionalization of RhB. The chemical structure PPEGMA-b-PGMA/RhB is characterized with gel-permeation chromatography, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. shown self-assembly behaviors in tetrahydrofuran aqueous solutions. RhB aggregation induced the inter-molecular interaction results various core–shell structures assembled nanoparticles. photoluminescent properties nanoparticles are structure-dependent exhibit yellow-light, blue-light, white-light emissions. fluorescent organic solution show low cytotoxicity have used as bio-dye for cell labelling. Internalization into HELA cells to images demonstrated.
