摘要: Archival formalin-fixed tissues from wild-caught adult blue sharks, Prionace glauca (L.), were used for immunocytochemical detection of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), two oncoproteins the oncogenes c-myc and pan-ras, a protein product tumour suppressor gene p-53. All sharks caught during summer months between 2000 2006 by recreational fishermen off USA coast in northwestern Atlantic. The necropsied on landing selected organ samples collected into elasmobranch formalin processed paraffin embedding light microscopy. Paraffin-embedded sections tissue both stained with haematoxylin eosin techniques using antibodies raised against PCNA, p-ras, p-53 proteins. lesions examined this study included well differentiated adenomatous gastric polyps, testicular capsular mesothelioma, gingival fibropapilloma elements ameloblastoma, three liver tumours, pericardial fibropapillomas six cases proliferative serositis (pericarditis peritonitis). Normal hyperplastic human neoplastic served as negative positive controls, respectively. We detected upregulation PCNA many neoplastic, one dysplastic some lesions, p-ras signals lesions. None showed signalling. This is first literature report molecular markers cancer fish class Chondrichthyes.
