摘要: Developments in sphincter-saving operations for carcinoma of the rectum have led to renewed interest function pelvic floor muscles and anal sphincters. Twelve patients with a colo-anal anastomosis been investigated physiologically reference sphincter function. It has shown that is not essential appreciation impending evacuation, nor inhibitory reflexes, which this study were elicited by balloon distension above anastomosis.
