摘要: In this study, we conducted the plasma polymerization of allylamine using radio frequency (RF) glow discharge with continuous wave (CW) in order to make an organic thin film amine functional group retained. Allylamine as a monomer was deposited on glass bell-jar type reactor and polymerized plasma-polymerized (PPAa). The parameter control property polymer input power at other conditions remaining constant. chemical structure surface morphology (PPAa) were characterized by contact angle measurement, Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier Transform Infrared (ATR-FTIR), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). PPAa highly dependent upon power. power, which determines density, results such hydrophilicity, high retention functionality PPAa’s surface. Surface energy calculated measurement indicated that increasing (from 30W 90W) decreased hydrophilic due loss cross-linking. increase causes films be harder. ATR-FTIR XPS showed fragmented from nitrogen atomic content nitrile group. groups seems mainly favored low (<30 W). From thickness usingα-stepper, deposition rates 0.43, 0.83, 1.11, 1.37 nm/s 30, 50, 70, 90W, respectively. change investigated after soaking into ethanol. Due weak adhesion substrate internal stress film, revealed some irregular network pattern.
