摘要: Cancer is one of the leading causes death worldwide. There are several hurdles in cancer therapy because side-effects which limits its usage. Nanoparticulate drug delivery systems have been tested against a range scientific studies. In recent years, advanced research on Nanostructured Lipid Carriers (NLCs) has garnered considerable attention owing to advantages over their first-generation counterparts, Solid Nanoparticles (SLN). NLCs facilitate efficient loading poorly water soluble drugs with simple methods loading. Recently, there an increased interest polyphenols evidence promising role prevention cancer. Polyphenols produced as secondary metabolites by plants. Their development tumors through variety mechanisms and reduction tumor cell mass reported. This article aims review science behind anticancer agents. Principles Quality Design (QbD) also explained used formulation-development many nanoparticles, including NLCs, reported literature.
