摘要: E-leadership is defined as a social influence process mediated by information and communication technology to produce change in behavior performance with individuals groups an organization. This study investigates e-leadership practices among users of school virtual learning environment. It was performed two stages. First, semi-structured interviews administrators, teachers, students, parents software experts were conducted. The qualitative data collected from the coded analyzed using open axial coding procedures. As result, model emerged that consisted eight themes: quality seven core factors, namely, readiness, practices, strategies, support, culture, needs obstacles.
