摘要: Novel target-sensitive immunoliposomes were prepared and characterized. In this invention, target specific binding of antibody-coated liposomes was sufficient to induce bilayer destabilization, resulting in a site-specific release liposome contents. Unilamellar by using small quantity palmitoyl IgG (pIgG) stabilize the phase unsaturated phosphatidylethanol amine (PE) which itself does not form stable liposomes. A mouse monoclonal antibody glycoprotein D (gD) Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) dioleoyl PE used one preferred embodiment. another embodiment, potentially cytotoxic antiviral drugs entrapped sensitive (TS) delivered HSV infected cells. Potency as much 1000 times superior free drug cytotoxicity decreased 3000 fold.
