摘要: The traditional concept of stem cell therapy envisions the isolation cells from patients, propagation and differentiation in vitro, subsequent re-injection autologous into patient. There are many problems associated with this paradigm, particularly during vitro manipulation process delivery local retention re-injected cells. An alternative paradigm that could be easier, safer, more efficient, would involve attracting endogenous precursor to defect site for new tissue regeneration. Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), a pleiotropic cytokine mesenchymal origin, exerts strong chemoattractive effect on (MSCs) neural (NSCs), induces migration MSCs vitro. However, HGF undergoes rapid proteolysis vivo, which results very short lifetime bioactive cytokine. To maintain therapeutic level at necessary recruitment, sustained, long-term, localized is required. Thiol-modified glycosaminoglycans hyaluronan (HA) heparin (HP), combined modified gelatin (Gtn), have been crosslinked poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) afford semisynthetic ECM-like (sECM) hydrogels can both provide controlled release permit infiltration proliferation. Herein we compare use different sECM compositions concomitant recruitment human bone marrow scaffold [Figure: see text].
