摘要: The lipids found in microalgae are promising raw materials for bio-diesel production. This study tests the effects of linear alkylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) on growth, colony formation, sedimentation and lipid content green alga Scenedesmus obliquus. Growth S. obliquus was unaffected by LAS below concentrations 100 mg L−1. treatment promoted formation number cells per aggregate significantly increased with rising concentration. Both optic scanning electron microphotoes showed that induced regular there were clear attachment points between two neighboring cells. efficiency at 10 min increasing Under 100 mg L−1 LAS, 69.0% after 40 minutes' settling, which 30% higher than control group. positively related to all time except 60 min. Moreover, 21.2% when treated 1.18 times main fatty acid composition α-linolenic (C18:3) palmitic (C16:0). degree unsaturation not obviously affected addition but proportion chain length ranging from C16 C18 70.9% 84.2% addition. result indicated beneficial improve quality algal biodiesel. Our results suggested moderate doses can effectively enhance inducing improving without inhibiting their growth.
