摘要: Imidazole is a planar, five membered heteroaromatic molecule with pyrrole type and pyridine annular nitrogens. It the constituent of several natural compounds like histamine, histidine, biotin, alkaloids nucleic acid and very important class among medicinal compounds. moiety has been established as potential entity in large growing chemical world heterocyclic possessing promising pharmacological characterstics, therefore this article aims to review work reported on synthesis imidazole derivatives using microwave reactions modern method for synthesis, to get better yield, economic environment friendly reaction.
