摘要: Multiphase alloys of the Me–B–Si (Me=refractory metal) systems have been considered for structural applications at high temperatures. In this work, solidification pathway and phase stability Nb-rich Nb–B–Si were evaluated from arc-melted heat-treated samples. The primary phases observed in region study Nbss, T2-phase D88-phase. as-cast microstructure all indicates formation an Nbss+T2 eutectic last part to solidify. From heat treatment several alloys, Nbss−T2 two-phase field was exist 1700 °C. Based on DTA experiments, should be stable up 2150
