摘要: The sensitivity of an optical field sensor with a Pockels crystal LiNbO3 for measuring distribution in long‐gap discharge has been much improved by using intensity difference method intensity‐modulated laser beam. signal‐to‐noise ratio (S/N) is also 37 dB from that without the above‐mentioned method. resultant new system 100 times higher than previous one. Finally, it possible to measure electric down 7.5 V/cm high accuracy corresponding S/N 20 and 1.5 6.0 dB.
