摘要: The first direct experimental evidence of the suppression quasi-two-dimensional turbulence by mean flows is presented. flow either induced externally or appears in process spectral condensation due to an inverse cascade bounded turbulence. observed large scales consistent with expected reduction correlation time turbulent eddies shearing. At high velocities, sweeping forcing-scale vortices reduces energy input, leading a level.
