摘要: OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this study was to determine the incidence diabetes in women with previous dietary-treated gestational mellitus and identify predictive factors for development diabetes. STUDY DESIGN: Two 11 years post partum, glucose tolerance investigated 241 57 without (control group). RESULTS: Diabetes developed 42 (17.4%) (3.7% insulin-dependent 13.7% non—insulin-dependent mellitus). did not develop any controls. Predictive were fasting level at diagnosis (high glucose, high risk), preterm delivery, an oral test result that showed 2 months partum. In a subgroup patients whom plasma insulin measured during late pregnancy low response found be independent factor development. CONCLUSIONS: Women have considerably increased risk later having Follow-up investigations are therefore important, especially those identified present.
