摘要: The electron-phonon and spin-phonon coupling in typical high- T C cuprates are peaked for just a few q-vectors because of the two-dimensional Fermi surface shape. Few excitations compensate low electronic density-of-states, superconducting can be high. Thermal disorder lattice makes incoherent potential fluctuations which perturbs strongly coupled waves. This effect puts limit on long-range superconductivity, while persist shorter length scale at higher temperatures. BCS-type model calculations used to show how reduce gap C. Ordering dopants into stripes improve properties, mainly through an increased DOS, make more resistant thermal doping.
