摘要: Computerized tomography (CT) provides a non-invasive method for making reasonably confident diagnosis of intracranial tuberculosis and an opportunity to study the response treatment. Using this facility series 50 patients with tuberculomas, whose vision or life was not threatened by severe hypertension, were treated antituberculosis chemotherapy. Most small medium sized lesions resolved completely. Central liquefaction observed in one case while only three failed respond treatment, there death. Three illustrative cases have been reported detail.
