This study examines entry probabilities employed labour force. The personal characteristics (age, work education family status) regional (regional unemployment average income) are theoretically derived as determinants probabilities. theoretical model is empirically tested with data from Labour Force Survey 1979 by means maximum likelihood logit analysis. results closely conform to expectations. On basis analysis some conclusions for market policy formulated.
