摘要: Synthetic polynucleotides encoding rhesus monkey carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) are provided, the synthetic being codon-optimized for expression in a human cellular environment. The gene CEA is commonly associated with development of carcinomas. present invention provides compositions and methods to elicit or enhance immunity protein product expressed by tumor-associated antigen, wherein aberrant carcinoma its development. This specifically adenoviral vector plasmid constructs carrying codon-optimed discloses their use vaccines pharmaceutical preventing treating cancer.
