摘要: This paper aims to minimize the total transmit power consumption for Massive MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) downlink cellular systems when each user is served by optimized subset of base stations (BSs). We derive a lower bound on ergodic spectral efficiency (SE) Rayleigh fading channels and maximum ratio transmission (MRT) BSs cooperate using non-coherent joint transmission. solve association minimization problem optimally under fixed SE constraints. Furthermore, we max-min fairness with specific weights that maximizes worst among users. The optimal BS-user rule derived, which different from signal-to-noise-ratio (max-SNR) association. Simulation results manifest proposed methods can provide good users less than in small-scale effectively balance load between needed.
