摘要: A cross sectional study was carried out in July-October 2011 Istanbul city, Turkey to determine the level of patients' satisfaction and factors influencing toward newly reformed national health insurance. total 345 heads houshold have been selected by using simple random sampling selection method. Data collected via household's structured questionnaire Patients' Satisfaction Questionnaire version II. The response rate (89%) data analyzed SPSS 16.0. Age respondents around 20 70 years old with mean age 41.97 ± 13.87 years. Majority clients' are educated till tertiary education (54.5%) most them currently employed (87.2%). Among respondents, more than half were satisfied insurance (53.3%). Respondents domains access care (66.7%); availability resources (52.2%); technical quality (56.5%); overall (55.9%); continuity (68.7%) humaneness (53.6%). In bivariate chi-square analysis, result this indicated that there eight significantly associated i.e. age, gender, marital status, education, occupation, self perceived area residency type plan.
