摘要: A method for operating a user equipment (UE) in millimeter wave (mmWave) communications system includes receiving first wide beam beam-formed reference signal from mmWave evolved NodeB (eNB) during an initial time interval, the carrying timing information, detecting boundary between and second subsequent wherein both are rotated by narrow beam-width each intermediate interval informing eNB of indication that UE detected being used to assign direction UE.
