摘要: The magneto impedance (MI) behaviors of patterned Co 30 Fe 34 Ni 36 microwire were investigated with respect to its shape variation. After preparing Co30Fe34Ni36 microwires using electrodeposition and photolithography methods, measurements conducted compare the MI ratios devices different aspect ratios. As a result, anisotropy field transverse permeability found be strongly affected by ratio device. external value at maximum sensitivity device was increase increasing width, which attributed increased decreasing ratio. While an in thickness also contributed ratio, variation not only anisotropic field, but as skin effect. Conversely, present hardly variations length. Considering typical our devices, it expected that length effect would emerge when reduced less than 10. Nevertheless, results show for practical application characteristics can optimized tailoring devices.
